The American Eagle has landed on a beautiful bridge in Paris at sunset. Or how I like to call: in DUST at DUSK – because of my white T-shirt that says “In DUST we PRAF”, “praf” being the Romanian word for dust).
In fashion, 2012 was the year when the alternative designers (not the mass market ones) took over the fashion industry with a lot of big names rising from the suburbs of London, New York, Paris or Milano. It’s not about the fashion week or fashion blogs anymore, the real fashion show is on Instagram now and 2012 made that change.

I, for one, explored a few alternative shops in Paris and London recently and realized that it’s all coming back to the iconic looks from the ’30s, ’40s ’80s and ’90s. And the clothes have much more personality and so you could create so many different looks just by combining clothes from the same designer – it’s a new way of mixing characters. I’m planning on writing a post about this really soon.

For my second French Jumper session in Paris this year, I wore a PRAF by Laura Vargalui white T-shirt, two bandanas from Music Maniac, grey jeans from Zara and I got the denim jacket from a vintage shop – it’s from Rifle.

The location was the beautiful Pont Alexandre III and you can see the Eiffel, the Seine and the beautiful sunset behind. It’s a Parisian runaway.

A friend of mine challenged me by saying that it’s hard to wear a bandana nowadays without looking like an ’80s kid so I decided to show him how to wear a bandana… or two.
